I am a fully qualified and insured on-site seated massage practitioner in the Brighton and Hove area.

For Seated Massage the recipient is fully clothed and seated on a specialised massage chair. Acupressure trigger points, stretches, and massage techniques to leave the body feeling relaxed yet invigorated.

Due to the mobile simplicity of seated massage I am available to come to your home, workplace or event. The treatment takes between 10 and 20 minutes.

I am completing a course at the European Shiatsu School and will soon be able to offer Shiatsu treatment.
