For people who want to be free of discomfort in their bodies and be able to move forward with their lives.
Maybe you are feeling kinda uncomfortable with your body.Nagging aches and pains that won’t go away. Maybe you have been struggling with anxiety or a feeling of low mood you just can’t shake.
You want to feel more at home in your body and feel more free to move forward in you life but can’t see how.
What if your body could help you rather than get in the way? What if you could understand the aches and pains or anxiety in a way that could help you feel able to relax, let go and move forward with your life?
For example, Tia came to me having suffered with severe migraines for 14 years with no real trigger for them. Her symptoms included loss of vision, tingling fingers and severe pain at the front of her head. After 6 weekly sessions with me she has not had a migraine since.
Another example would be Peter, who had a range of problems that he had been to the doctors for but seemed to have no real solutions. These included a severe and continuous pain in the left shoulder blade area that was affecting his sleep and after just a couple of sessions he achieved total relief from the pain and was able to get a proper nights sleep. Peter continued to have regular Shiatsu for some time and this enabled him to feel more embodied and “present”. It also helped with loss of sensation in his hands and muscular tension he felt all the time. In his words he “came in like sticks and went out like string”.
Feel like this is something that could work for you? Why not check out my blog, have a browse around this site and see what you think.
